These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the fx88 platform and all its users. In this document, "we", "us", or "platform" refers to fx88, and "you", "user", or "member" refers to any person registered on fx88 or using the platform.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

fx88 currently accepts the following mobile payment methods in Bangladesh:

• bKash — the most widely used mobile banking service in the country
• Nagad — the digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the same limit applies for each method.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods & Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Verification Requirements

For security purposes, fx88 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. If the required documents are not provided in time, the withdrawal may be delayed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → get ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → get ৳10,000 bonus → total ৳32,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the total balance). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses can only be used for playing on the fx88 platform and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• fx88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry date; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.

fx88 runs a four-tier VIP program for active members. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is listed below:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Members can move up to higher tiers through regular and active participation. Each tier comes with additional benefits and priority service. These Terms & Conditions apply equally to the use of VIP benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fx88 platform:

6.1 Account-Related

• Operating multiple accounts for the same person
• Creating an account under someone else's name or identity
• Creating an account on behalf of or for use by minors
• Assisting a banned person in operating an account

6.2 Financial Misconduct

• Money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Chargebacks or attempts at payment fraud
• Bonus abuse or manipulative betting
• Account transfers or sales

6.3 Technical Abuse

• Attempting to influence the platform using software, bots, or automated methods
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Aggressive or harassing behavior toward other users

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above, fx88 may immediately close the account and forfeit the balance.

7.1 General Gaming Rules

Each game on fx88 is operated according to specific rules. The detailed rules for each game are available within the game itself. In the event of any dispute over a game result, the game provider's server logs will be treated as the final evidence.

7.2 Disconnection

fx88 will not be held responsible if your internet connection is lost during a game. Any round stored on the server will be completed normally and the result will stand.

7.3 Bet Cancellation

If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, fx88 reserves the right to refund the bet amount or provide an appropriate resolution. Each case will be decided based on the applicable rules and server logs.

These Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between fx88 and the user, and replace all previous oral or written understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the remaining terms and conditions will remain fully in effect.

13.3 Non-Waiver

If fx88 does not enforce any provision of these terms and conditions in a particular situation, this will not be considered a waiver of that provision.

13.4 Continuity of Service

fx88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. Where possible, advance notice will be given before such interruptions.
